Harmony Opioid Programming Experience (HOPE)
Harmony provides additional support to address opiate addiction which include a specialty support group, assignments, case management, and medication management with a focus on strong 12-step engagement.
LGBTQIA+
We recognize the importance of providing culturally competent services to the LGBTQIA+ community and understand that this community often faces a different set of challenges. This group provides a safe place for LGBTQIA+ individuals to share experiences related to the intersection of their identities and substance use.
